What You’ll Do: As a Senior Cook at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve. You provide the highest quality of food service to customers at all times . 

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare dough, sauces, cheese, meats, vegetables, and other pizza ingredients.
• Assemble pizzas according to recipes and company standards.
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality.
• Portion ingredients accurately to control food costs and maintain consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Perform other duties related to pizza production as assigned. Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of food items for lunch and/or Special/Catered Events. 

• Follows complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.
